Application Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information our mobile applications collect, how it is used, and the limited circumstances in which third parties may access it. It applies to all Creepysoft Technologies apps, including Project Jet and Hypertrophy.
Overview
We build applications that are useful without demanding more of your data than they need. Our apps collect only the information required to provide their features, keep your data in sync where applicable, and keep the apps working reliably. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information We Collect
The specific information collected depends on which app you use and which features you enable. In general, our apps may handle:
- Content you create — the tasks, workouts, notes, settings, and other data you enter while using the app.
- Account identifiers — where an app supports accounts or cloud sync, an identifier used to associate your data with you.
- Device and diagnostic data — basic technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, and crash or error reports used to diagnose problems.
- Purchase status — where an app offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, the status of those purchases (handled by the app store and our payment processor; we do not receive your full payment card details).
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve app features.
- Sync and back up your data across your devices where the app supports it.
- Send notifications and reminders you have enabled.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and keep the apps secure and reliable.
- Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell or resell your data to any third party. We rely on a limited set of trusted service providers to operate certain app features, and they may process specific data on our behalf. These providers may only use the data to perform their services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. The providers we use are:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC) — provides account authentication, cloud database and sync (Cloud Firestore), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging) for apps with cloud features. See Firebase privacy.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — manages subscriptions and in-app purchase status for apps that offer them. See RevenueCat privacy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — process payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment card details. See Apple privacy and Google privacy.
Our apps do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. If we add analytics, crash reporting, or similar services in the future, we will update this list before doing so. We may also disclose information where required to comply with law or to protect our rights.
Project Jet
Project Jet is a focus and productivity app. The tasks, reminders, and settings you create are stored on your device and, when sync is enabled, in a cloud account associated with an identifier for you. Project Jet uses Google Firebase for account authentication (Firebase Authentication), cloud storage and sync (Cloud Firestore), and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store and Google Play to manage subscriptions and process purchases. If you use the optional family-sharing feature, the data you choose to share is made available only to the family members you link with, under your control.
Hypertrophy
Hypertrophy is a weightlifting tracker. Your workouts, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you enable step tracking, step counts are read from your device's motion sensors and kept on the device. The app does not require an account, does not use the third-party providers listed above, and your training data is not uploaded to our servers.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app's features or as required by applicable obligations. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Where data is synced to the cloud, deleting your account or data removes it from our active systems.
Your Choices
You can delete your data from within the apps, and uninstalling an app removes data stored locally on your device. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with you by emailing contact@creepysofttech.com.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes & Contact
We may update this policy as our apps evolve; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions about privacy in our applications can be sent to contact@creepysofttech.com.
